I set this up as "free shipping", and increased the price per package by 50 cents to cover that cost. Not sure that will work for international orders, though. Let me know. Also, if you have a better version of the order form image somewhere, please send me that to replace this one.
I suggest you mention the scale (or dimensions) of these shapes, plus approximately how many each package contains.
